About Valkyrie Associates

Valkyrie Associates is a multidisciplinary strategy and wellness innovation studio dedicated to exploring the intersection of nervous system healing, biofeedback research, and decentralized health intelligence. We design experiences and systems that empower individuals to regulate, heal, and thrive beyond traditional paradigms.

Current Initiative: The Sovereign Nervous System Retreat

Dates: August 22 – September 6, 2025
Location: San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

This pilot retreat integrates somatic healing practices with biometric feedback to study the impact of ritual and community on nervous system regulation. Participants will engage in:

Somatic Rituals: Sound healing, movement, and sensory immersion
Biofeedback Monitoring: Utilizing Oura Rings to track HRV, sleep quality, and readiness
Community Integration: Sharing circles and creative expression sessions

Our goal is to demonstrate measurable shifts in nervous system function and develop a scalable model for decentralized, non-pharmaceutical healing.
